Blogging after a while......

Long time I have not written on my blog. Today just thought of writing a few lines, as yesterday was another good day I had in my musical career. I sang a solo piece for a marathi movie, whose being musically directed by Vaishali samant. Song is sung by Sadhana Sargam ji, I am very glad to be a part of it. Sometimes you never know which opportunity will come to you, I just welcomed one yesterday very dearly and happy to the fact that my voice will be heard on the silver screen soon.

I have now completed 3 months in the city of dreams, and things are looking positive from here. My performances have started, recording of my album has started infact my first song is nearly ready too. I cant ask for more than this in such short time span.

Another good thing about these last few months is i have made good friends. Nilesh Moharir is one of them, a very talented young chap, with a very melodiously musical brain, and a good human being. Happy to know him personally. I am observing his work and feel that he is a very impressive musician in our time. You will soon see him on the top with various tops songs that he has recently composed. I am glad that he agreed to do my album, and we are now working very hard on it. I also met Ashwini Shende, another very talented young girl with the power of words in her hands. She is a lyricist, and am telling you she really has command on the words. They play with her and so easily she wovens them into songs. Kulvadhu, kalat nakalat, and many more songs are being written by ashwini, and composed by Nilesh. They just gel with each other very nicely on music and give ultimate pleasure to the listeners.

I wish both of them great luck and I will always keep promoting their work as and when I can.
I think this is all for today, will try and write my blog everyday now lets see when is the next Muhurat for the same.
